The CNC Dept. operates a 2 shift system to ensure the
benefits of the modern technology are fully realised,
wherever possible the machines are kept running 24
hours a day to ensure optimum delivery times.
The larger Anayak and Correa have been fitted with
the Lemoine high speed machining software. This enables high speed machining with a high degree of accuracy.
Where possible, in conjunction with the Lemoine system, electric high gain spindle centres are used. This further enhances production times, surface finish and accuracy.
The CNC operators are trained to use the PowerMILL software, and have access to a PC. so that any unforseen problems with machining strategies can be quickly resolved, without impacting on delivery dates.
